What is Coaching and How Do I Work with You?
Coaching is the process by which I help bring out the absolute best in YOU, whether an individual, couple, family, or organization through 1x1 or via one of the programs. As a coach I connect your inner purpose and passion to your outer goals and tasks to bring about individual powerful results. I work with you to be your life cheer leader and help empower you to take your life to the next level where you might not have been inspired to go before.
How is Coaching Different from Therapy?
A Therapist: Psychotherapy typically focuses on how past events in a clients life may have created or impacted their current challenges.
A Coach: Coaching focuses on the present situation and finding solutions and actions that the client can use to create powerful and lasting results.
Rule of Thumb: I focus on your problem & past <20% of the time and focus on actions and solutions >80%.
I look at issues/situations from a point of resolution and assistance rather than as a problem.

Difference Between Self-Help and Coaching
As someone who has read many self help books with the quest for personal change, growth and better understanding of the world I can tell you that you can read all the books in the world and it will certainly help, but having someone like a coach by your side is like a guide to faster, and more targeted expansion and transformation in your life. I have been able to accomplish in a couple months what I had planned to do in a year. Ultimately, we're not there to tell you what to do, after all, you are the expert of your life. However, I can guide you in a new conversation, new way of seeing things, and a greater depth of self discovery. Who wouldn't want that?

How Does it Work?
- Coaching can be conveniently done via SKYPE/Video chat or phone, and sometimes in person. You can be anywhere around the world.
- Weekly sessions are 30-60 minutes scheduled at a time that works for you. You can email your coach in-between sessions.
- Most clients commit to 3 month (12 sessions) for maximum benefit with the option to continue on a monthly basis after that.
- Everything that you say in a coaching session is completely confidential, so you can feel free to speak in a safe environment.
